Hyde House Business Brokers, based in Milton Keynes, has successfully advised on the multiple million pound sale of Cambridge based Assured Information Systems to Paris based Life Sciences group Ennov.
Assured provides customers around the globe, with specialist pharmacovigilance software for drug safety monitoring in the human and veterinary markets.
Ennov are a larger French organisation distributing document management, clinical trials and pharmacovigilance software in Europe.
Hyde House is a corporate finance boutique based in Milton Keynes, advising business owners on mergers and acquisitions both in the UK and internationally.
